Walking Lightly will be hosting monthly educational workshops to learn (and play) about living life more sustainably. We're excited to bring you this fun, hands-on workshop that combines sustainability & art! Led by Molly Marshall, who is an art teacher, nature lover, magic seeker, gardener, someone who loves sharing new projects, connecting people, creating beautiful (sometimes messy) things, yoga teacher, and adventurer.
You'll learn about the felting process and the materials used, such as wool roving, and understand the benefits of felted soap, including its exfoliating properties and extended soap life. All materials provided, you'll go home with your felted soap bar & instructions to make more on your own.

What a great event this past Sunday hosted by Tessa at Walking Lightly! Sara Covatta spoke about starting and maintaining a home composting system. It was so informative and products were available to get you started. The event sold out and, actually, more people attended than registered. It was great to see so many people care about the world we live in!
