Shipping policy
'Shipping Policy' herein refers to 'Delivery Policy', as Walking Lightly, LLC offers local delivery rather than shipping. Delivery is provided when a customer orders a product, providing delivery address within identified delivery zones, see 'How it Works: Delivery' for step-by-step instructions. When customer provides delivery address that is outside of delivery zone, customer will be emailed and their account will be credited, as this order can not be filled. When customer provides delivery address, they are inherently stating that this is a safe location where they feel comfortable having products delivered without signature or verification from receiving party. At time of delivery, Walking Lightly will ensure the product is not damaged or compromised. We can not guarantee that if product is not immediately received by customer that product conditions will remain so. Customer assumes any liability for damage or theft of product. Walking Lightly will not enter a home to deliver product, and we reserve the right to decline delivery if delivery location feels unsafe or questionable in any way. We will make all reasonable attempts to honor customer's request for delivery, but in such a case that this is not possible, customer will be contacted to discuss alternate delivery option, or provided with refund if alternate not available. Delivery dates will be kept current on website and/or social media pages, and any disruptions will result in customer's notification as soon as possible. Orders must be placed the day prior to delivery day (by 11:59pm). Orders received after this time will expect to be delivered upon the next following delivery date.
