Cillian-the-cat who's getting old and pretty much hates everything, now hates the brush we've used since he was a kitten. So, I bought this one without a lot of hope... but I do want to make his last years comfortable. And he used to love being brushed, so, we gave this one a go. He loved it. Mountains of fuzz came off him because it had been a while (see above.... hated the brush), and he purred and rolled around like a kitten. I think I am as relieved as he is ;)
